Wellspring Heads to the Middle East

Wellspring is on the road again! With about a week to unload suitcases from the last trip, Naomi is now packed again and traveling with Margie for two full weeks in the Middle East. Our first stop is in the United Arab Emirates where Naomi is speaking three times at an International Women's Conference.

Alison Thomas of the RZIM itinerant team is also speaking at this conference, and we are looking forward to seeing her. It is always nice to discover a familiar face so far away from home.

From there, we will be traveling to various cities in Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, and Turkey, spending two to three days in each location. Naomi will be looking at potential new projects for Wellspring. She will also be revisiting two existing projects. Currently, we are scheduled to meet up with several friends of the ministry along the way. We will also be connecting with the new director of our Middle East office.

All in all, our itinerary seems to be promising a full and eventful trip. We hope you will enjoy our periodic updates and reflections as we move forward. Please pray with us for safety and that God will use us to encourage those with whom we meet.

Until next time,
Naomi and Margie

Have loved reading all the blogs. . . I have so little time to sit and read them, but catch up when I can! I'm excited that Margie can be with Naomi on this trip! You are both in my prayers as I read with GREAT interest the great things God is doing through Wellspring all over the world. Love to you both.
